Every Dafa disciple is a particle in Dafa. Every particle does the things it should do according to its own position. And at the same time, all particles form an indestructible entity to assist Master Li to rectify the Fa. There are countless links among all particles. They influence each other. If any particle does not do well, it will affect the whole entity. And the sublimation of the whole entity would function to promote each particle. Therefore, to “encourage each other, and progress together with diligence' (“ From Master to the Second Dafa Conference in Russia”) and “holistic improvement and holistic upgrade ' (Zhuan Falun) are very important.
Using the superficial karma and notions of Dafa disciples as well as their “imagination “, the degenerate lives, the evil beings, create conflicts among practitioners so that some Dafa work is affected. Master Li said in “Toward Consummation”: “Additionally, they manipulate wicked human beings to examine Dafa and its disciples in every detail, putting them through a comprehensive and thorough test that targets all human intentions and attachments”. I understand that creating conflicts and misunderstandings between practitioners would just be the evil's means for 'disintegrating'.
Every time after coming back from experience sharing conferences or attending group study and practice, I strive forward as if charged. Also I feel my body and mind have been further purified as if they had been rinsed with clear water. The experience sharing among practitioners often inspires wisdom in them, and helps to uphold our righteous thoughts and enable the whole entity to upgrade together.
If we want to break evil’s disintegration and upgrade as a whole, I feel that an important factor is mutual trust, mutual encouragement and mutual help among practitioners. Blaming and complaining are the embodiments of evil's characteristics, are not benevolent, and are a kind of behavior that reflects our own notions and attachments. We would believe that every practitioner is cultivating in Dafa and they can also find their own problems by studying Fa and searching within sooner or later, deeper or shallower. When other practitioners are overcoming their barriers, especially when they have been aware of their own problems but they could not overcome them, and then feel very upset with themselves and lack confidence, what they need at that time are help and encouragement with good intentions. But bad behavior, including casting blame can only cause worse effects and unwittingly increase the difficulties in overcoming their barriers. When we want to be good to others from our inner hearts, they will feel it. However, no matter how magnificent your superficial words are, if they are mixed up with your own notions and understanding, they will have the opposite effect and others will feel the impure message behind the words.
Benevolent forces are greatest. Every time when Master Li has said that we did very well, what emerged from my heart was not a complacent feeling or the attachment of zealotry. Instead I took Master Li's benevolence and encouragement as a driving force to strive forward and to cherish the sacred predestined relationship with the Fa even more.
