A long time ago, arrangements were made for us to obtain the Fa here in the human world. I understand that there are two sets of arrangements. 1, The old forces arranged for us to obtain the Fa in this lifetime and go through what is an evil test, one that does not conform to the universe’s real principles. 2, Our benevolent Teacher arranged for us to obtain the Fa and cultivate during the Fa rectification according to the universe’s nature, becoming altruistic, selfless and “truly great Enlightened Beings with virtuous enlightenment and righteous Fa.” In this arrangement, we are to rectify the Fa, be “responsible for all righteous elements in the cosmos,” (“Lecture at Western US Experience Sharing Conference,”) and assimilate and melt into Dafa.
Both paths are very systematic, watertight and within Teacher’s control: he is using this unprecedented, tremendous tribulation of the old forces to examine their xinxing. At the same time, he is repositioning them and helping practitioners reach consummation.
We can see both arrangements evident in our lives. The old forces’ arrangement is shown to us through hints and suggestions, while Teacher’s arrangement is told to us in Dafa. That is why sometimes our thoughts can carry us in a certain direction for a while, but then, after thinking the situation over from the standpoint of the Fa, we suddenly realize that we were wrong. Our state can be quite good for a while, but then unconscious notions influence our judgment. After looking inwards, we are able to detect attachments. Indeed, the old forces are just using our attachments as the roots for their so-called test. However, Teacher told us, “your main consciousness should predominate”, “your mind must be right” (Zhuan Falun). To use Dafa as our guide and standard is acting according to Teacher’s arrangement.
As Dafa practitioners, if we acceded to the old forces’ arrangements in the past, it manifested as unwillingness to promote the Fa and not cooperating with fellow practitioners. Now, the manifestation is a reticence towards clarifying the truth and looking down on other Fa rectification practitioners, with thoughts such as, their levels are low, they are doing ordinary people’s things, they are against the government, they are making trouble for people, and other degenerate understandings. In following the old forces arrangements, some come to a false understanding and even find excuses in Dafa to resist Dafa. However, our magnificent Teacher arranged our lives so that we would not only reach the standard of individual consummation, but also so that we would be responsible for all positive elements in the universe. We must expose the evil, clarify the truth, save all beings, and fully exhibit great righteous enlightened beings’ mighty benevolence. We will far exceed the gods in the old universe because we will reach a truly harmonious and incorruptible standard, one of the most ancient and best states of the universe. Teacher said, “During the Fa-rectification, while I eradicate the old forces' influence on Fa-rectification I am also making arrangements for you. Things appear to be evil and chaotic, when in fact they're all really well-ordered. The old forces made well-ordered arrangements, but I too have done things with much order. No matter which angle you approach it from, there's a way to ultimately resolve these problems. During this period [we should focus on] how we can seize this opportunity to truly demonstrate the extraordinariness and the great mighty virtue of a cultivator. This is also a precious opportunity. Since the old evil forces insist on giving us a chance to eliminate them, make good use of it. History has never seen this before, it's hard to come by” (“Lecture on the Fa at the Washington D.C International Conference”).
If we act according to the old forces’ guidance, we can only reach their standard, which is degenerate, deviated from Fa and far from the meaning of Teacher’s Fa rectification. At present, they are making a last struggle by utilizing as many corrupt beings as they can. In addition to evil human beings, these include old gods within the three realms. Such gods use their absolute power over mankind to persecute Dafa practitioners who still have human bodies. However, Dafa practitioners have already cultivated their boundless mighty virtue in Dafa and are eliminating this degeneration with Teacher’s reinforcement. As soon as we comply with their arrangements, the result will be annihilation when the Fa rectifies the human world and cleans up the old evil forces. The old forces’ actions and notions have revealed their degeneracy as well as their resistance to the Fa. Teacher’s Fa rectification is just to eliminate these impurities and return the universe to its initial, most pure and most wonderful state.
“A Dafa disciple completely opposes everything arranged by the evil old forces. Clarify the truth thoroughly, eliminate the evil with righteous thoughts, save all beings, and safeguard the Fa with determination, because you are a part of Dafa, indestructible; rectify all that is not righteous. Those who are ‘reformed’ and those who are being saved can only be beings deceived by the evil. Those who are being eliminated are the evil beings and the evil old forces. Those who are reaching Consummation through all this are Dafa disciples; and through all this Dafa's mighty virtue is established” (“Dafa is Indestructible”).
