[PureInsight.org] Yuanyuan is a smart and cute little girl. She was only eight years old when her mom started to cultivate in Falun Dafa. When her mom watched the VCD's of Teacher's nine-day Fa lectures, she would play near the TV while listening to the Fa lecture at the same time. Although she was so little, she remembered the principles Teacher had articulated, and could repeat Teacher's exact words from time to time. When her mom practiced the Falun Dafa exercises, she liked to join her and could sit in the full lotus position for twenty to thirty minutes at her young age of eight.
At school, Yuanyuan would always try to follow the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" that Teacher had taught. For example, she was generous in helping her young peers at school. She would always turn in unattended items to the "lost and found" at school. When Yuanyuan was eleven years old, the Chinese police illegally arrested her mom because she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. Little Yuanyuan displayed courage and strength that surpassed her age. The police's arrest did not shake her steadfast belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance."
Every day after school, Yuanyuan would use her spare time to recite Hong Yin and study Zhuan Falun with her mom. Since Jiang Zemin officially started his persecution against Falun Gong practitioners on July 20, 1999, many Falun Dafa practitioners were under police surveillance around the clock. It became very risky to go to fellow practitioners' homes to deliver or pick up materials containing the facts about Falun Dafa. As a young practitioner, Yuanyuan volunteered to pick up and deliver these materials to fellow practitioners' homes, since the police would not be likely to suspect such a little girl. Regardless of the weather—even if it was rainy, windy or cold—Yuanyuan never complained. Once, little Yuanyuan picked up a bundle of materials that weighed more than twenty pounds and managed to climb up the stairs and carry them home to the fifth floor. She threw herself on the floor as soon as she entered the door. Her mom said affectionately, "You must be exhausted, sweetie." Yuanyuan beamed and said, "I'm willing to do Dafa work no matter how tired I am." Mom was moved by her righteous mind.
Although Yuanyuan has to spend a lot of time studying and doing homework every day, she uses every opportunity to explain the truth about Falun Dafa to her schoolmates as well as to other people, to expose Jiang Zemin's persecution of the practice. Whenever there are truth-clarification materials to be distributed, she immediately volunteers to distribute them. Sometimes when the entrance of the building is locked, she uses her wisdom to ask people in the building to open the door for her. Then she delivers the materials to every home in that building. Yuanyuan is also very diligent in sending forth righteous thoughts.
Under Teacher's merciful protection, Yuanyuan has grown to be a big girl now. She is now able to describe to her mom what she sees in other dimensions with her Celestial Eye, so as to help reinforce her mom's righteous thoughts, righteous actions, and diligence in cultivation practice.
