Everything of the human world is controlled by time. On the surface, everything has been arranged to have a “beginning” and an “end.” People oftentimes have to rush to “make up for lost time” if they happen to make mistakes along the way.
The enormous force of Fa-rectification will be arriving in no time. Dafa disciples are completing the final leg of their journey. Fa-rectification cultivation has reflected a sense of urgency in the human world. Therefore, some disciples, due to not understanding “time is pressing” from the perspective of the Fa, are interfered with in their actions by time. For example, some disciples who haven’t stepped forward are anxious to catch the last train. Some don’t feel that they will be able to catch it and have incurred disappointment after disappointment. Others who have stepped forward think that they have done a lot of work for Dafa and now slack off, and so on.
In fact, time will not appear in this way beyond the time-space of mankind. Below a certain level, things appear to have causes and effects. This is not true in other dimensions. For example, creditors are not anxious to collect debts right away if the debts are extended to the next life with interest. Things may also appear as the beginning or conclusion of a predestined relationship, or as the promise or realization of a vow. The “causes” are planted at one time. The “effects” occur at another time.
Fa-rectification is not an event in the human world. It is not restricted by the time of mankind. As for Dafa disciples, it is the realization of disciples’ vows made to Master a long time ago. It is now the time for every disciple to realize his promise. This solemn vow of assisting Master in Fa-rectification – the vow that we have waited for so long to honor – is finally being fulfilled at this present period in the human world. It is now the final stage. As long as Fa-rectification is not over, the vow is still valid and realization of the vow is still in process. In order to create conditions for disciples to realize their vows, Master has “experienced tens of thousands of tribulations” (Hongyin, “The Great Enlightened”) and has prolonged the time of conclusion again and again. This is precisely his boundless compassion to disciples.
As the ending point gets closer and closer, it is natural to feel that time is pressing more and more. However, for a Dafa disciple to feel subdued by the restrictions of time and external pressures, treating the largest “Fa” predestined relationship with the Lord of Buddhas with human hearts such as “making up for the lost time,” “disappointment” or “slacking off” is the greatest insult to the Dafa of the universe and is not being responsible for oneself.
From time is pressing, Dafa disciples should experience the meaning of “The vows of gods throughout the ages are being fulfilled. Dafa is evaluating all lives” (Essentials for Further Advancement, “Further Comments on Superstition”). Through this, we understand Master’s teachings, “Disciples, be diligent! Everything that's the most magnificent and the most wonderful is developed in the process of your validating Dafa. Your vows will become testaments of your future” (“Fa-Rectification Period Dafa Disciples”).
If it is truly from the bottom of our hearts, one single thought of solemnly stepping out of humanness and fulfilling our sacred oath of assisting Master in Fa-rectification is strong enough to topple any mountain. This will surpass all human time. How can gods’ righteous thoughts be restricted by human time?
Fa-rectification will have its ending in the human world. However, Fa-rectification in the human world is by no means the arrangement made by “time.” In some ways, it is the realization of Dafa disciples’ predestined relationship with Master and their vows. It is the cause and effect at a higher level.
