[PureInsight.org] Recently, two Falun Dafa practitioners were kidnapped by the Public Security Bureau in our area. One of the practitioners was the local Falun Dafa coordinator and the other was the coordinator’s assistant. The evil “610” officials, as well as the public court high ranking officials were all very pleased to have captured these two Dafa practitioners—they were planning to brainwash these two practitioners against Dafa and then use them as examples to try to change other Falun Dafa practitioners’ faiths in Dafa.
At first, the evil officials approached the coordinator’s assistant. They gave a pre-written self-incriminating letter to the assistant and asked him to sign it. They told him that as soon as he signed it he would be released and sent back home. They even showed him the car that would take him home, parked outside the detention center. If the assistant refused, they said he would get a 10 year prison sentence, and the coordinator would get more than an 18 year prison sentence. The officials tried hard make him believe that he had only one chance to avoid a lengthy jail term, and if he didn’t take this chance, he would definitely regret it, and so forth. The assistant became afraid and thought about how much trouble it would create for his family if he was thrown into jail and he finally reluctantly agreed to sign the paper. He was then transferred to the car outside, but instead of being sent home he was taken to a prison where was later given an eight year sentence. The assistant’s signed self-incriminating letter was used as evidence by the CCP to incarcerate him.
After the assistant was taken care of, the evil officials came to interrogate the coordinator. The officials showed the assistant’s signed self-incriminating letter to the coordinator and told the coordinator that the assistant had been released and sent back home. The coordinator was asked to sign the paper as well, so that he could be released right away. If the coordinator didn’t cooperate, the officials made it clear that the coordinator would get a very severe punishment.
The coordinator took the paper and looked around him. There were many armed security personnel standing all around him and there were also some CCP high ranking CCP officials together with the officers in charge of the armed security unit. The coordinator said to himself: “I must quickly tear this letter into pieces before they take it back from me.” The coordinator made a false gesture that he was starting to think about signing the letter and the officials and guards around him loosened up a little bit. Then suddenly the coordinator tore the letter into many pieces and threw them on the floor. The coordinator also stood up firmly from the interrogating chair. The officials immediately realized what had happened and two armed security officers rushed toward the coordinator and started to beat him. One kicked the coordinator’s side and the other slapped the coordinator’s face so hard that blood oozed from the coordinator’s mouth. Right then, the coordinator’s eyes filled with tears and he calmly told the people around him that he genuinely felt sorry for them, and that he didn’t want them to commit such a terrible crime.
Everyone in the room was shocked to hear these words from the coordinator. The two guards stopped beating him right away and some officials hurriedly came to help him, wiping the blood from his mouth. Some asked whether the coordinator was hurt, and some even tried to massage his face and said that he should get back to his cell right away and there was no need to interrogate him anymore. That night the coordinator was released and sent back home.
This is yet another example of a Falun Dafa practitioner who has already put aside his own fear of death, and who genuinely cares for other people. The warm tears, the merciful words, and the gracious attitude towards sentient beings help dissolve any so-called “trials” forcefully arranged by the old evil forces to test the determination of Falun Dafa practitioners. All evil elements behind the CCP officials were eliminated by the coordinator’s words because the coordinator had in that moment attained a realm where he had not a single attachment. When faced with such a Falun Dafa practitioner, the evil elements will not be able to find any more excuses to persecute. There will be no arrest and no detention because even the old forces will admire such a practitioner. This has again validated what Master has said in His poem “The Master-Disciple Bond” from Hong Yin Volume II: “When disciples have ample righteous thoughts, Master has the power to turn back the tide.”
