When I was young, I enjoyed reading Feng Shen Yan Yi [a famous ancient Chinese storybook involving gods and a change of dynasty]. I thought parts of the story were very exciting. Yet, something about the story left me wondering about things such as why, later on in the book, some evil characters were enthroned as gods. Furthermore, why were those gods fighting each other all the time and saying that they were fulfilling a part of their destinies? What kind of destiny is it that requires gods to fight each other? Now I’ve gradually become aware of the fact that it was the evil old forces’ thought written down in a book in order to plant such a concept in the reader’s mind.
Nowadays, vicious people in Mainland China are doing perverted things. They brutally persecute good and righteous practitioners. The extent of their viciousness exceeds hundreds of times that of Zhou Wang [the evil emperor in the book]. That’s because, in other dimensions, a group of evil forces is controlling ordinary people with unrighteous states of mind. These malicious people are merely a bunch of ordinary immoral people being supported by evil forces behind the scene. However, these evil forces have arranged numerous generations of their lives and formulated one after another layer of notions in these people’s bodies, which partially conform to its twisted thinking. On the other hand, they are nothing at all but a group of pitiable characters being used because of their desperate pursuit of money and fame. The thought that those who create tribulations for Dafa can also become gods is an evil idea, which must be rectified during today’s Fa-rectification. In the future, the principle of mutual-generation and mutual-inhibition will be changed and the demon nature that goes against Dafa must be completely eliminated with not even the slightest bit of it left in existence. The purpose of the lives existing in the future will be to harmonize Dafa’s characteristics on different levels rather than to utilize the principle of mutual-generation and mutual-inhibition as they do now.
Thus, in my opinion, the conflicts presented in Feng Shen Yan Yi were to preserve the old principle of mutual-generation and mutual-inhibition. Because of this, they could allow beings at different levels to disturb the state of ordinary human society. They changed dynasties according to their principle of mutual-generation and mutual-inhibition, which involved everything in ordinary human society. Their multi-faceted arrangements were all aimed at protecting their own worlds from being destroyed. Since beings at very high levels had deviated from the characteristics of the universe, the principle of mutual-generation and mutual-inhibition was generated. When it comes to ordinary human society, the evil dares to use this principle to do things harmful to Dafa. Because they don’t know the Fa at their levels, they don’t know that they themselves are impure.
In order to save us, Teacher used their arrangements to form ties with us generation after generation. He arranged everything for us and suffered countless afflictions. Teacher does not acknowledge all these arrangements made by the old evil forces. He was only using them to reveal the standard of their xinxing [mind and heart nature]. And so today these old forces are found to be completely rotten and cannot be saved!
Additionally, I understood that when we encounter resistance and conflicts during our truth-clarification and Fa-promotion, sometimes it’s not only because of our own karma, but also the principle of mutual-generation and mutual-inhibition by the old forces taking its toll. So, if we want to eradicate demon nature, we have to repudiate the old force’s doctrine(s) from the very foundation. Eliminate the demon nature side from the inside out and the Buddha nature side becomes stronger and stronger. Assimilate to Dafa unceasingly; harmonize Zhen-Shan-Ren, the characteristics of the universe. Like diamond, we are unbreakable.
The existence of evil is just the bluster from the final struggle of the corrupted old forces from a very high level all the way down to the human world. Don’t just look at the seemingly menacing acts in the human world; it’s the black force behind them that’s actually causing all the trouble. We should firmly tell the accomplices of the evil force: “goodness will be rewarded and bad deeds will be punished” is the law of the universe! “Those who attack goodness are bound to be evil” (from Teacher’s article “Rationality”). Don’t accept any false reasoning or evil doctrines. If human beings can’t become really good from their very nature, then everything will be in vain.
Kind people, please wholeheartedly accept the principles of Zhen-Shan-Ren, treat Falun Gong practitioners kindly, and do whatever a compassionate person can do. Please think carefully with a cool head when faced with the truth about what path a living being really should walk!
