Cultivation Dairy: The Olympics, Who Cares?

[PureInsight.org] Many precious practitioners around me were arrested again lately. The last few days, I was busy with a lot of things and did not pay attention to sending forth righteous thoughts. I sent righteous thoughts today seriously and compassionately. I saw that the evil forces have weakened quite a bit. It took a while for my gong to catch an evil entity. Basically, they have been completely eliminated. If that is the case, then why in this dimension have so many of our Dafa disciples been arrested on a large scale?
After I thought about this with a heavy heart, I thought that very often we have consented to the persecution, and we clarified the truth to save sentient beings under that mentality. When we fail to step out and clarify the truth in an open and dignified manner, we are staying in the environment of consenting to the persecution. If we want the persecution to stop completely and immediately, I believe that we must start to clarify the truth to save sentient beings on a large scale today and do it in an open and honest way. Isn't it correct that truth is hope and the only hope?
Only by doing so, can we create an environment of thoroughly eliminating the persecution. If we have various negative notions and worries in our hearts, aren't we giving the evil forces the space to survive?
When everyone of us harbors these notions and worries, we are giving the evil forces an environment to thrive in. We should not consent to the persecution, not even a bit, and should deny it not just from our words but from our actions-from the bottom of our hearts, we should want to clarify the truth well.
Recently, many practitioners started to pay close attention to the CCP's Olympics. Psychologically, they believe that the Olympic games will not happen and something else will happen. On the other hand, they remind each other and believe that the Olympics is a special occasion and one must pay special attention to their safety in order to avoid being arrested. Such notions confirm the attachment that we consent to being persecuted.
Today, I am deeply aware that we are all Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples. Even with a huge attachment, no matter what kind of attachment it is, we should not have any difficulty dissolving it within Dafa. And we should not be afraid of it; the only thing we should fear is that we did not cultivate well, and due to our lack of diligence, we are incapable of saving certain sentient beings and they are going to be destroyed.
If we allow this to happen, it would be the most horrific thing for us Dafa cultivators who carry the mission of saving people. In that case, no matter how well we cultivate, and even if we cultivate to the point where no attachments remain, what purpose will that serve? Our mission in this world is to be the hope for sentient beings. Aren't those lives relying on us?
As for the Olympic games, I will not watch them or think about them, let alone pay special attention to them. The things that ordinary people do are all the same to me; the same goes for the Olympics. I will not harbor any such notions. The special events, the weather, and so on, I will not let anything affect my heart in saving sentient beings. Do you think that a god would keep the Olympics in his heart? A god will keep the safety of the universe in his heart. A god's vision is great and compassionate. Besides the safety of lives, a god will not worry about anything else.
