[PureInsight.org] Recently,
ordinary people have been discussing if the Olympics can be held
successfully in China, when the next calamity will come, how many
ancient prophesies have been fulfilled and how many have not, etc. At
the beginning, I also noticed a human attachment when clarifying the
truth; I thought this persecution has lasted too long, and I wished the
day would come soon when the persecution would end and the
Fa-rectification would reach the human world.
Actually, ending this persecution immediately depends on how Dafa
disciples are doing. There are still lots of practitioners who haven't
validated the Fa and saved sentient beings openly and with dignity. If
we cannot do our best and cannot abandon our own attachments completely
like a Divine Being, how can we rely on Master or the Gods to help end
the persecution? In reality, although the persecution manifests itself
in this way and that way, doesn't this give us a chance to clarify the
truth and save people? Don't we let many people know that "Falun Dafa
is good" and save a lot of people while we rescue our fellow
practitioners and clarify the truth?
Today, I suddenly realized that the large-scale process of weeding out
sentient beings is coming soon. How many people will lose their lives?
Why didn't I think of this before? I always thought about when this
persecution will end, but I didn't think about those numerous lives and
how they will be buried with the evil. That was a very selfish
mentality.
It is only today that I realized that the formula for sending forth
righteous thoughts is to save more people, not for us to protect
ourselves from being persecuted. It is not permitted that an ignorant
sentient being persecute Dafa disciples. Reciting the righteous
thoughts formula is to stop this sentient being from committing
wrongdoing and to stop this sentient being from being eliminated
through endless pain. I didn't realize how selfish the thought to
project ourselves was before now.
A Divine Being will think first about protecting other people and does
not have thoughts of finding ways to protect himself. No matter under
what circumstances, his first thought is about saving people. If we see
this kind of selfishness inside, this will remind us that we have not
reached the level of a Divine Being. Then, we need to cultivate
compassion in ourselves with a righteous mind.
I can see with my celestial eye many scenes of the large-scale process
of weeding out sentient beings. I can see how miserable the elimination
of a life is. It is truly shocking. As a Dafa practitioner, our
responsibility to save sentient beings is so immense. If we only
consider how to end this persecution as soon as possible, then those
sentient beings would never be saved. Didn't we come here to help
Master with Fa-rectification and saving sentient beings? How can we be
so selfish?
Today, I feel very happy when looking inward. I know it is the time for
me to eliminate my selfishness. The time that I realize my attachment
is the time my selfishness is going to be eliminated from my dimension.
From now on, I will maintain my compassion, and I will not allow any
thought that doesn't belong to a Dafa disciple to exist anymore.
