ago, I called my family in China to see if my relatives in Sichuan
province had been affected by the earthquake. My relatives actually
were living in a town that was hit by the earthquake. At the beginning,
I could do nothing but worry in vain. Without any word from them, I had
to visit the Epoch Times website everyday to see if there was any news
about my hometown. Although most of my relatives had moved away from
there, it is still my hometown and I still have several cousins living
there. They are elderly people who could not possibly flee. My
relatives all believe in Falun Dafa.
According to my relatives, on the day of the earthquake one of my
cousins was staying at home. He felt the whole house shaking. With the
exception of a glass of water that was shook from the table to the
floor, everything else was fine. When I heard about this, I put down my
worries and was very grateful to our Master! After that experience, my
family members were firmer in their belief that Falun Dafa is the way
to save people, and the whole family benefited from one person's
cultivation. In addition to my family members, most of the people in
that area believe in Falun Dafa. During the earthquake, almost no one
there was harmed. Only several houses had small cracks, which was not a
big deal, relatively speaking.
However, a few days ago, an irrational mob instigated by the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) attacked Falun Dafa practitioners in Flushing,
New York City in the United States. The victims of the earthquake here
felt ashamed of that overseas mob's behavior. Instead of helping the
earthquake victims to recover from this disaster and rebuild their
homes, they seized on the chance to expand their influence and sell
their conscience. If they had the time to attack and curse cultivators,
why not help the homeless children who are suffering from the
earthquake's devastation return to school and help the frightened
people recover from their painful losses. Don't be proud of the "tofu
construction." Wake up and don't make a fool of yourself. Are you
really patriotic? Dozens of years of turmoil and movements in the
country are not enough to make you see the truth? After every movement,
the supporters of the CCP were punished. During this disaster, what
have you been doing? Falun Dafa practitioners have gained the respect
of people around the world because of their great compassion and
tolerance, and this cannot be defamed by the lies and slander of the
CCP. The lies can never last.
Mr. Chen, a man here in his eighties, said, "The CCP has never been
honest since it seized control of the country. However, so many people
have been fooled by it and even call it their 'father' and 'mother.'
What a pity! Don't you know the saying that 'whoever attacks good must
be evil'? On behalf of my family and the people in my hometown, I wish
to send a warning to that mob overseas: Not only have you hurt the
Chinese people, you have also hurt yourself and your family. Don't be
used by the CCP. Turn your back to it. Quit the CCP and its puppet
organizations to save yourself and to remove the mark of the beast from
your body! Finally, I would like to express my greatest appreciation to
the great Master for his salvation. Let's all remember forever: Falun
Dafa is good! Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance is good!"
