on December 20, Craig Mahlman, the production manager of the K&C
Production Company, production supervisor Kent Quain, and half a dozen
of their friends came to New York from Philadelphia to watch the
NTDTV's Holiday Wonders.
Mahlman said after the show, "I love this show and its concept of the
East meeting the West. I believe, in reality, they have already merged
together and are not just meeting each other. The performance is
excellent!"
Kent and Craig both said, "The messages they try to convey are very
good. There is no need for words and people already understand. I am
astonished that people understand so well and so deeply. I can see the
reactions of people around me." Kent also said, "I am a professional.
Production of plays is my specialty. I have been an actor and I have
been on stage. But this show can express so well without words. By the
graceful movements of the arms and the legs or a smile, one's thoughts
are expressed and understood by others. It is just unbelievable! The
essence of divine culture is illustrated so thoroughly."
They also said, "Everyone understands the messages that the show tries
to convey. They are for all the people on this earth. It does not
matter whether you have a religion or not or where you live. This is
inclusive and for people of all races."
When discussing the two young fellows in "Kind Notion Results in
Predestined Buddha Fate," Kent laughed loudly and said, "I really like
that program." He continued to say more solemnly, "Look, how they were
awakened to such a culture! If the younger generation of today can let
go of their strange notions, they can return to the righteous path.
That is what everyone should do and we all need to wake up here. We
need to return to our traditional past and not get lost in the present
and the unpredictable future."
"What is preventing us then? Let's get rid of our hindrances! Wake Up!"
Kent used his hand and waved decisively in the air, "Please wake up!
Look at the wonderful culture around you!"
On their way to the theater, they watched a documentary film about
Falun Gong. They said, "China's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners
is intolerable."
Craig said, "Falun Gong is new to us. When we saw the program 'Waking
Up' and we saw the fighting between good and evil. I was glad to see
that good prevailed in the end."
The three words, "Truthfulness, compassion, forbearance," appeared on the banners and the backdrop in the show.
Kent said, "Everyone needs these three words, whether you are a
Christian, a Catholic or a Muslim. If you can have truthfulness,
compassion, and forbearance in your heart, you will not have any
conflicts with people of other beliefs.
These three words can affect you and the people around you. If you can
live your life according to these three words, you will have the best
lifestyle."
