[PureInsight.org] The Asia Pacific Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was held on July 12, 2014, at the Edogawa-ku Sogo Bunka Center in Tokyo, Japan. Over 1,000 practitioners from different countries attended this conference. Nineteen practitioners from different nations and age groups shared their experiences in cultivating their xinxing and clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa.
About a thousand Falun Gong practitioners gathered at Meiji Park and held a rally protesting the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Dafa on July 13. For fifteen years, Falun Gong practitioners in Japan upheld principles of “Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance” and consistently spread the truth of Falun Gong to Japanese locals with compassion while protesting the persecution. This rally gained the support from many senators in Japan.
I also took part in this occasion and was lucky enough to be holding the “Tolerance” flag of the leading “Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance” display.
My heart was moved during the parade. It was not caused by the interference of evil during the parade or the test of body purification before the parade. It was during the parade when we stopped to wait for the red light, I heard the trees on the side of the street yelling, “I’ve finally waited to see Dafa. I’m saved.” They yelled twice in a row.
When I heard the words of the trees, the key deep in my heart was suddenly activated. It was the selfless heart that wanted sentient beings to learn the truth.
I enlightened that all kinds of sentient beings are waiting to be saved. They are all waiting for the arrival of Dafa.
Just like what Master said in Teaching the Fa at the 2003 Washington DC Fa Conference, “I've said that the Three Realms was created for the Fa-rectification. In the cosmos there was really no such thing as the Three Realms before. Some students have asked me, ‘Master, do other colossal firmaments have a Three Realms?’ I told them that they don't. The Fa-rectification of the cosmos was to take place right here, it was to be done right here, so the Three Realms was created here. Every blade of grass, every tree, every speck of soil, every stone, from people to things--all the beings have come for this Fa.”
I have participated in the anti-persecution rallies and parades in New York, Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong. Even though I do not know whether the route of the parade changes every year, I enlightened from this incident that all lives came for the Fa. If the route of the parade is different every time, wouldn’t we be able to spread Dafa to every corner? Aren’t they also hoping that Dafa disciples can spread the truth to every level and every corner?
After the conference in Japan, through these few weeks of Fa study and discussion with fellow practitioners, I further comprehended the state of “compassion” without selfishness that I could understand at my current level. Although cultivators are soaked in sentimentality, if they act with righteous thought and the guidance of Dafa, they are jumping off from the chains of sentimentality. Once the remaining selfishness of every level is gotten rid of, it can be sublimed into a higher level of compassion. Being without “me” is also being rid of selfishness. It builds the compassion for others, which is also benevolence.
Just like what Master wrote in Teaching the Fa at the 2003 Atlanta Fa Conference, “Also, with those people that you run into by chance, who you run into in daily life, and the people you run into at work, you should all clarify the truth to them. Even when in your daily life you pass by people so quickly that you don't have a chance to talk to them, you should still leave them with your compassion and kindness. Don't lose those who should be saved, especially those with predestined connections.”
Therefore, we as Dafa disciples should fulfill this ancient vow for all sentient beings. That is leaving true compassion to all sentient beings in the Three Realms.
Master said in Teaching the Fa at the 2003 Washington DC Fa Conference, “So for Dafa disciples, no matter how harsh this period of history that we're going through is, there's nothing to grieve over. What we're thinking about is saving sentient beings, and you should fulfill [the aspirations of] a being who came for the Fa and the significance of your coming here. So we have nothing to regret, and what awaits Dafa disciples are all wonderful things.”
What is the meaning for Dafa disciples to come here? I deeply comprehend: it is for “helping Master to rectify the Fa and saving sentient beings.” It is not for personal cultivation. That is true compassion.
