Within creation, the Creator passed down a heavenly culture infused with morality and divinity. This heavenly bestowed culture imparts moral values which allow humans to have a position between heaven and earth, hence re-connecting humankind to heaven. However, over the course of time, the emergence of modern science and evolutionary theory enabled atheist ideology to spread and gradually subvert traditional heavenly culture and moral values. This had a negative effect on human values and society, resulting in a lack of moral restraint, the increase of materialism and unhealthy desires, and the pollution of the natural ecosystem. Humankind is on the brink of destruction because of the loss of heavenly culture and values.
Fortunately Dafa was spread to the world, uplifting people at this critical moment and preventing civilization from destruction. At this moment of moving towards a new epoch, the Pure Insight Website will be convening “The Second World Future Science and Culture Congress” in Taiwan on October 25th, 2013. This Congress will bring people together to witness the brightness and wisdom of Dafa. The theme of this Congress is “Integration of heaven and human”. It will explore science and culture using the advanced pure insight of Dafa to establish the thinking of a new epoch; and revive authentic heavenly culture.
Information on Submission of articles
The content of submitted articles should include “human body, life, and the universe” as the major focal point, investigating and verifying various topics including supernormal phenomena and the principles of Fa and it’s deeper meaning. For reference topics, please see the attached detailed picture. The content of articles should be related to the theme or subtheme of the Congress, and will be accepted in the form of a treatise. Submissions that provide real instances, pictures, or movies are also encouraged. For articles, the amount of words is not limited. Submissions that provide real examples are welcome as long as the information on people, incident, time, location, and object is clearly stated. Material from accepted articles may be incorporated into Congress speeches or published in Congress pamphlets and on the Pure Insight website.
Important Dates
Synopses of the articles (one page as the principle) will be due on March 31st, 2013 and authors will be informed of the selection results by April 15th, 2013. The deadline for full articles is August 15th, 2013.
