[PureInsight.org] Two people were having a heated argument over some trivial matter.
One said, "On a certain day and in a certain place, it rained cats and dogs."
The other one said, "On that particularly day and in that place, there was blue sky with bright sunshine."
They were pointing to the same time and location, but they saw things
quite differently. Why then? It is because they were at different
levels.
One was standing on the ground and looking at the sky. Sure enough,
there was a dark sky along with heavy rainfall. The other was in an
airplane flying above layers of clouds and saw bright sky and sunshine.
What they saw reflected the realities of different dimensions.
One's understanding of the Fa principles, inborn quality, enlightenment quality, xinxing,
virtue, karma, individual circumstances, predestined relationships, the
personal path, and others factors decide each individual's level of.
Hence, it is very hard to find two persons at exactly the same level
among 10,000 people. As a result, it is normal to have different
understandings about anything or any event.
The important thing is how cultivators deal with various opinions.
Cultivators should maintain a clear head and measure everything by the
standards of the Fa, be compassionate toward other cultivators, and
apply mutual tolerance. Whoever can let go of his own opinion elevates.
Elevating in level and saving sentient beings become fundamental and arguing who is right or wrong becomes unnecessary.
