Many fellow practitioners have understood the Fa based on the Fa principles since they started sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the forces behind the chief evil. They have rationally understood the momentous significance of Fa-rectification. Those practitioners who have an insufficient understanding are unwilling to spend much time sending righteous thoughts at hourly intervals, due to the demands of other Fa-rectification activities. This shows that the relationship between these activities has not been fully understood. In addition, a conscious and positive attitude towards sending righteous thoughts is not present, nor a rational understanding. This has weakened the joint power of righteous thoughts from the whole of Dafa practitioners, and this is what the evil expected.
Actually, the main purpose of all Dafa activities is to verify Dafa and save all sentient beings. From the overall perspective of Fa-rectification, we are trying to create a peaceful and just environment to clarify the truth, while giving all people throughout the world a better opportunity to understand Dafa. Hence, more beings will be saved and the Fa-rectification will progress to a new stage. Accordingly, we must rationally and seriously pay attention to the activity of sending righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil.
Some practitioners have expressed their opinion that there is no obvious instruction from Master and no definitive direction from Clearwisdom on what we should do in the Fa-rectification. The question becomes: 'Should we wait to be given clear instructions from Master or Clearwisdom before taking action?' The answer I propose is that we will know what should be done in Fa-rectification by using our righteous thoughts, because we are the Fa-rectification disciples.
Master instructs us: "I think I won't say much more. Next, if any of you still have questions that you need to ask, that you think are important, you can ask them, and I'll use the time we have to answer them for you. As for the specific things in your work, your life, or your cultivation, those are factors and conditions that allow you to improve in your personal cultivation. They are what you need to enlighten to and tests that you need to pass yourself. I think I should let you get the mighty virtue you'll have from enlightening on your own. If I answer them for you it won't be yours (From: The North America Lecture Tour)."
Master further instructs us: "I'd like to mention another thing. When some of our students have differences of opinion in their work, they call my family members and ask their opinions. Let me tell you that my family members are cultivators, too, and they, too, can't necessarily judge things correctly all the time. They, too, might do the wrong thing or say the wrong thing—what they say isn't Fa. Don't do that kind of thing anymore. Don't push away your opportunities to establish your own mighty virtue and to improve yourselves in cultivation. During the Fa-rectification each person is walking his own path, and this is the history each Dafa disciple creates (From: The North America Lecture Tour)."
We have come to the understanding that we can create a peaceful and just environment to clarify the truth to people throughout the world, only through the joint power of all Dafa practitioners in the Fa-rectification. One person alone, or one group, cannot achieve it. It is a process whereby practitioners can question their rationality and responsibilities to Fa-rectification. Through this process they can establish their magnificent mighty virtue. Obviously, we could encounter serious difficulties during the progress of the Fa-rectification if we cannot meet the requirements of the Fa-rectification. Thus, evil will be able to interfere with us in terms of rationality, which could result in a more difficult situation for saving beings. I urge those practitioners who have paid less attention to the activity of sending forth righteous thoughts due to their frequent participation in other Fa-rectification activities, to send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate evil from now on at hourly intervals, and to deal with all issues from the view of Fa-rectification. This is a matter of their responsibilities to Dafa, to all beings, and to themselves. I also urge them to read with a tranquil mind Master's recent article from the North America Lecture Tour and all other relevant articles about sending forth righteous thoughts. Then, they will know what they should do in the Fa-rectification and will understand clearly the relationship between the activity of sending righteous thoughts to eliminate evil and other activities of Fa-Rectification.
