At the Dongchengfang Town Police Station, a policeman named He Xuejian (何雪健) raped Ms. Liu Jizhi and Ms. Han Yuzhi during the so-called "official investigation" Both rapes took place in the presence of another police officer, nicknamed Dajun.
In today's China, the evil-natured CCP has been corrupting people's minds and ruining the Chinese society's morality. In China's so-called law-enforcement system, it has become a norm for the Chinese law enforcement officers to commit crimes. The tragic death of Mr. Sun Zhigang (孫志剛), an ordinary Chinese citizen who was arrested and beaten to death after he was taken into police custody for failing to carry any identification with him, is not rare at all. The CCP's crimes against Falun Gong practitioners are especially cruel. The methods of torture are so appalling that one has to question if the CCP has any humanity left.
That a Chinese policeman raped two female Falun Gong practitioners consecutively during his "official duty" is not an isolated crime. It revealed once again the evil nature of the CCP.
Since the CCP started its persecution against Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, there have been many sexual assaults against Falun Gong practitioners. In 2001, the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province stripped 18 female Falun Gong practitioners naked and threw them into a male prison cell where male inmates were encouraged to gang rape them. Afterwards, the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp not only denied its crimes, but also took many measures to conceal its crimes and eliminate the evidence.
In 2003, a Chinese policeman raped Ms. Wei Xingyan (魏星艷), a graduate student at Chongqing University in Sichuan Province who had been arrested for practicing Falun Gong, in the presence of two female prison inmates, who assisted the policeman in stripping off her clothes After the rape committed by the policeman was exposed, the police moved Wei Xingyan elsewhere and no one has been able to find her. All the Falun Gong practitioners who helped to expose the horrible rape were sentenced to many years in prison. Chongqing University even removed all the information about her department from the school's website and denied that she exists.
In China's prisons, forced labor camps, and interrogation rooms, the depraved Chinese police often subject Falun Gong practitioners to sexual assaults, many of which have already been exposed.
In 2004, a female Falun Gong practitioner named Sun Juan (孫娟) was illegally imprisoned in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province. In October of1999, this 21-year-old innocent young woman went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. Once at the Appeals' Office, there was no sign of any government official who was supposed to seek justice for the civilians such as her. Instead there were only ferocious Chinese police under the order of Jiang Zemin to stop, kidnap and persecute Falun Gong practitioners who try to appeal for Falun Gong. After learning the purpose of her visit, the Chinese police savagely beat her up. Next several policemen humiliated the young woman. Next, a horrible thing beyond imagination occurred. Four policemen stripped off her shirt and told her, "We will report your opinion to our boss, but you have to tell us your name and address first." They then tried to remove her pants. The sexual assault was done in combination with other violence. They repeatedly slapped her until her face was swollen.
Ms. Zhu Xia (祝霞) is a Falun Gong practitioner who lives in No.1, Unit 3, Building No.4, Jinrong Alley, Guangrong Small District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. After she was released after serving time in the forced labor camp for practicing Falun Gong, Ms. Zhu was abducted again by the Chairman of her neighborhood's "610" Office, Mr. He Yuanfu (何元富), and sent to the Xinjin Forced Brainwashing Class. Ms. Zhu Xia was eventually released on April 2, 2004, but her mental and physical well-being had been destroyed and she had suffered a complete mental breakdown. It was reported that she was denied sleep for several days in a row, but it appears the torture was far more than that. At night Zhu often wraps her arms around her head defensively, screaming "Are you going to rape me?"
On February 19, 2003, the disciplinary staff members at Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zizhong, Sichuan Province ordered prison inmates to make Falun Gong practitioners curse Falun Gong, the founder of Falun Gong and Falun Gong books. When they refused to comply with the demand, they were brought to a small room where they were savagely beaten. After Ms. Luo Meng (羅蒙), Ms. Wang Huiying (汪慧英), Ms. Peng Shiqiong (彭仕瓊) and Ms. Liu Zhongli's (劉中莉) faces were severely battered and bruised, the disciplinary staff members ordered the prison inmates to strip them naked. Ms. Peng Shiqiong tried to resist, but the inmates who were drug addicts tore apart and stripped off her cotton pants and underwear. Next the obscene disciplinary staff members made the prison inmates stripped naked another two Falun Gong practitioners and ordered them to kick each other's genitals. They refused, but the prison inmates pressed their heads down and forced them to perform lewd acts.
At the beginning of 2003, Ms. Wang Yunjie (王雲潔), a Falun Gong practitioner from Liaoning Province, was imprisoned in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp because she refuses to give up practicing Falun Gong. The policemen at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp attacked her breasts with high-voltage stun batons for several hours and caused her breasts to be severely disfigured and necrotic. On the next day, a group of police led by a policeman named Guo Tieying (郭鐵英) tore a bed sheet into strips and tied Ms. Wang's legs in the meditation position. Next they tied her arms behind her back and tied her upper body to her legs so her body was wrapped up like a ball. Then they suspended her in the air by her handcuffs with her hands tied up behind her back. She suffered excruciating pain for seven hours. Afterwards, Ms. Wang could no longer walk with her back straight, nor could she sit straight.
At Dalian Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province, Ms. Fu Shuying (付淑英) (60 years old), Ms. Cheng Hui (程輝) (27 years old) and Ms. Sun Yan (孫雁) (30 years old) all suffered from the horrible "hip-splitting" torture where their legs were spread open as long sticks were repeatedly shoved in and out of their vaginas, which caused severe bleedings and agony. As a result of the severe sexual molestations, they continue to suffer from back pain to this day.
The sexual assaults against male Falun Gong practitioners are equally appalling. According to Minghui.org/Clearwisdom.net in January 2005, Mr. Qu Hui (曲輝), a Falun Gong practitioner from Dalian, Liaoning Province, was subjected to savage beating for a long period of time and electric shocks on his genitals in 2001. The torture caused his neck to fracture and his genitals to rot. He has been paralyzed and bedridden since 2001.
The aforementioned rape severely injured Ms. Liu Jizhi, as well as her husband and her daughters. For the past few days since the rape, Ms. Liu has been crying and sobbing every day and staring blankly. She looks very confused and absent-minded, still shell-shocked by the violent rape.
As of December 1, 2005, more than 2,000 Falun Gong practitioners have been verified as having been tortured to death in China while the actual number is many times more than that. Each of the 2,000 plus verified Falun Gong practitioners has many tragic stories. The CCP has not only committed most appalling crimes against Falun Gong practitioners, but has also pushed the 5,000 years of Chinese civilization based on humanity, morality and kindness toward the edge of an abyss.
Under the rule of the evil CCP, the morality in the Chinese society has been declining at an accelerating rate. The Chinese people are completely overtaken by materialism and care only bout their own needs and desires. They are numb to morality, justice and conscience. The land of China has already started to complain and moan because of the several environment pollution and ruined ecological system. The CCP has become a political party that specializes only in corruption, deceit, evil, violence and killing. The evil CCP specter has turned the Chinese police force into a group of "beasts" that can no longer tell right from wrong and have no conscience or morality left in them. It might take some time for the Heaven to annihilate the CCP, but the two consecutive rapes have clearly accelerated the speed of its disintegration.
