[PureInsight.org] I set up a booth in front of a busy Chinese supermarket to help people file pledges to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and have witnessed many touching stories. I would like to share some of them here:
I. After taking another copy of the Epoch Times' The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, an elderly Chinese woman told me anxiously, "I can almost memorize its entire content! It is a most wonderful work! But now I face a dilemma. I am returning to China soon. I want to take at least copy back to China, but I fear for my safety! What should I do?" I tried to comfort her while thinking about a solution for her. I also told the old lady that a lot of people in China are anxiously looking for a copy of it and withdrawing from the CCP. Some people have offered a lot of money for a copy. Only the CCP's central government and top leaders of the CCP have an access to it." After hearing what I said, her eyes lit up. She took a dozen copies of The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and told me excitedly, "I will make sure they arrive in China safely!" I added, "Throughout history evil has never prevailed over the righteous! You need not fear for what you are doing is a righteous deed!"
A middle-aged Chinese woman who passed by the booth said, "The CCP is the worst scoundrel of all. I have tried to promote The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to my family and relatives in China and talk them into withdrawing from the CCP, but none of them minded my advice. Those people… (Sigh) How am I going to persuade them?" A fellow Falun Gong practitioner and I shared with her our understandings of the CCP's evil nature, the danger of remaining a part of the CCP, and how each man's choice will determine his future. Gradually the worried expression on her face changed to joy and confidence. Finally she told us, "Excellent! I will try to talk to my family and relatives again!" As I watched her leave, I suddenly thought of something. I ran up to her and said, "You might wish to add this: Only when the evil Chinese Communist Party dies can there be a new China!" She answered me aloud, "Yes! Yes! Thank you!"
A middle-aged man and a retarded young man came to the Chinese supermarket. He said he was from Taiwan and he came here with his nephew for grocery shopping. While I was talking to him, his nephew read the posters about The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party with an intense look. Suddenly I remembered a passage of the Fa from Zhuan Falun. Teacher said,
"He may be foolish in this life, but not in the next—his Primordial Spirit is not foolish." (From "Enlightenment" in Lecture Nine of Zhuan Falun.)
I turned and asked his nephew, "The truth is that you understand everything on the posters, right?" "I do," the young man answered seriously. He appeared to be very rational. He did not take his eyes off the posters when he spoke. His uncle laughed and said repeatedly, "He understands everything! He understands everything!"
II. We have set up the booth in front of the Chinese supermarket four times so far. I have witnessed marked improvements in people's attitudes towards us. In the beginning, people sneered at and scorned us, but now they give us their heartfelt support. I repeatedly shouted out my slogans to catch passersby's attention. "This is a booth to facilitate your withdrawal from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)! Over one million people have withdrawn from the CCP! Ask your friends and families in China to withdraw from the CCP and the Youth League! Withdraw from the CCP to protect yourselves!" While I was calling out these slogans, I repeatedly reinforced my righteous thoughts by telling myself, "This is not an everyday person's slogan. This is an important matter that will determine everyone's life or death." Teacher said,
"As Dafa disciples tell people the facts,
It's like sharp swords shooting out together from their mouths,"

I must clarify the truth as a Falun Gong practitioner in the Fa-rectification period. I must be solemn and respectful at heart, and I must not relax or joke around at any time.
Gradually people seemed to have become more clearheaded. More and more people started reading our banners and the Epoch Times' posters about withdrawing from the CCP. Very few people still sneer at us. I tried to approach everyone who stopped at our booth and chat with them to inspire them to come up with questions. Questions were good because they were signs of interest. Some people asked me questions as soon as they heard my slogans.
A Chinese woman told me, "I have told my colleagues at work what you had told me last time." A young man from China pointed at the banner and declared, "I knew when I was in China that the CCP does not represent China. I have seen through the CCP a long time ago! The CCP is wicked beyond words! You have done a great deed! You have my heartfelt support!" He became increasingly excited as he shared his thoughts. Another young man from China came up to me and told me peacefully yet seriously, "The CCP is definitely going to collapse! What you have been doing is very meaningful! Very meaningful! Thank you!" When he walked away, he turned around a few times and nodded at us.
III. It has been a few weeks since I last went to the Chinese Supermarket. On a Saturday afternoon, I brought some copies of The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party there for those Chinese people who hadn't been able to obtain a copy. Meanwhile, Mrs. Meiling Dai and her son Mr. Tony Dai were having a Chinese brush painting exhibit in my area, so I didn't have time or help to raise the banner or set up a table for the booth. Since there was no table to service people who wish to withdraw from the CCP, I decided it was inappropriate to shout out slogans. What should I do? I decided to take this opportunity to solicit people's feedback on The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.
When I asked a Chinese man how he felt after reading The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, he shouted at me angrily, "I felt as if I had swallowed a fly!" Before I said anything, he stormed off and entered a store. To be honest with you, my heart was filled with deep sorrow to see a man that might have come from a celestial body from away in order to obtain the Fa but has fallen prey to the CCP's evil specter's poisonous lies. I truly wished to have an opportunity to clarify the truth to him. I continued to distribute The Nine Commentaries while soliciting more feedbacks on the streets. After a while, the man came out of the store. I immediately started sending forth righteous thoughts while walking up to him quickly. I asked him with a smile, "There is no need to get excited or make nasty comments. Did you know that over 2 million Chinese people have made statements on The Epoch Times of withdrawing from the CCP and the Youth League? For the past five decades of the CCP's reign, 80 million Chinese people have died of unnatural causes? Did you know that it is even more than the total number of deaths in WWI and WWII together?" "Where did you get those statistics?" the man asked in a calmer manner. "I read the statistics in The Nine Commentaries, but it was quoted from a French history book titled The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression." I walked with him while continuing to clarify the truth to him. He listened quietly until we reached the parking lot. Then he walked away.
An Elderly Chinese Woman Sent The Nine Commentaries to China
An elderly Chinese woman told me with a big smile, "The Nine Commentaries is a masterpiece! Remember how you used to put a stack of them here? Each time I came to the supermarket, I would take a few copies and mail them to my friends in California. I have also asked my son to take some copies back to China."
May I Take Another Copy?
A young Chinese man asked, "We had only one copy of The Nine Commentaries at home, but my mom took it to Texas with her. May I take another copy?"
I Shall Publish a Statement to Withdraw from the CCP Online
When I offered a copy of The Nine Commentaries to a Chinese lady, she hesitated for a moment before she took it. She told me with an embarrassed look, "I have never read it before." I began to introduce The Nine Commentaries briefly to her before I told her about the increasingly popular global trend of withdrawal from the CCP, as well as the significance of withdrawing from the CCP formally. I also told her that the United States government has never stopped raiding the former members of the Nazi party and has included questions in the application for permanent residence to check whether an applicant was or is a member of the CCP or its affiliated organization. She told me that she is a member of the CCP and asked me what she should do to withdraw from the CCP. I told her the details of the procedure. She felt it was a very formal procedure and told me seriously, "Okay. I shall publish a statement to withdraw from the CCP online."
Bring the CCP to Justice
A middle-aged Chinese man said, "I have read The Nine Commentaries. It was wonderfully written. I have never joined the CCP, but I don't remember whether I have joined the Youth League." He seemed to have a lot of leisure time for chatting, so I took the opportunity to tell him about a news report that the United States Federal Court canceled the U.S. citizenship of a 84-year-old man in Illinois because he was found to be a former member of German Nazi Party. He lied about it when he applied for U.S. citizenship 50 years ago. The United States government has established a special office to investigate and find all the hidden former Nazis. The CCP is worse than the Nazis and has slaughtered even more people than the Nazis." The man suddenly asked with a very solemn look, "The United States government is really hard at work apprehending former members of the partyNazi, but the CCP has committed more horrible crimes than the Nazis. Do you think it's possible that the United States will establish a special tribunal against the CCP?" I replied right away, "I have heard lately that the United States will establish an international special tribunal committee. Its first and foremost mission will be to bring the CCP to justice!" "Yes! Bring the CCP to Justice!" the man answered.
