He told the Buddha all his troubles and asked the Buddha to help him. The Buddha listened to him carefully, and finally said, "You are the only one who can free yourself."
The person told Buddha, "But what can I do? My heart is filled with pain and confusion."
The Buddha asked him, "Who is the person who had placed all these things into your heart?"
The man thought for a while. He then raised his head and looked at the Buddha silently. Buddha smiled kindly and said: "Let the person who has put these things in take them out."
It is true! Let the person untie the knot he himself has tied.
Pain and confusion come from the depth of one's heart. Nobody else can take them out except you yourself. You are the only person who can set you free.

Those who are unable to access Internet can put your statement on suitable public areas- To the Chinese Citizens in Mainland China
Since last three months, more and more Chinese people have realized the nature of the Communist Party. Afterwards, a big wave of withdrawing from the Party is coming. Many of them have tried to access Internet to publish their statements of withdrawing from the Party and its organizations. Thousands of statements of withdrawing from the Party, its Youth League or teams are arriving arrived at EpochTimes newspapers every day through a variety of methods of contact. The numbers of announcements of completely breaking away from the Communist Party is increasing, reaching a total of 200,000 statements published on the Internet by mid-March, 2005.
In Mainland China, about 1,300,000,000 Chinese people once joined the Communist Party and its organizations, because of various external reasons. Therefore, in time withdrawal from the Party and its organization will greatly impact the Chinese people. However, many Mainland Chinese people, as well as many Falun Gong practitioners in Mainland China, who wish to access Internet to withdraw encounter difficulty, mainly because the Chinese Communist Party has blocked the Internet. Some Mainland Chinese people, who have less education and schooling, find it a barrier to master the relevant technology in order to break through the Internet blockade.
Those who are unable to access to Internet are worried. They wish to make their statements of withdrawal through other methods in order to gain every minute and second in getting rid of the Communist Party. Today we suggest that, given the situation, those Mainlanders, who wish to withdraw from the Party in order to protect themselves try to break through the Internet blockage to publish their own statements on the EpochTimes website. Those who encounter difficulties in accessing Internet can write their statements on big character posters, titled "Statement to withdraw from the Party and its organizations," and post it in an appropriate public area. This action can at least express those people's minds, but they should look for any opportunity to access the Internet for the publication on the EpochTimes website later on.
Falun Gong practitioners in Mainland China who encounter such difficulties can follow this approach as well.
Falun Dafa Disciples' intention to withdraw from the Party and its organizations aim to better save human beings, not focus on themselves. So take the level of acceptance from the community and its social impact into consideration when taking such an action.
