Thoughts on Establishing a "Special International Tribunal" on the Persecution of Falun Gong

[PureInsight.org] Due to the inexorable progress of Fa-rectification, it is now necessary to establish a preparatory committee for a special international tribunal. This special international tribunal aims to transcend unfavorable restrictions by existing national borders, politics and law in order to bring to trial Jiang's state terrorist group, who have committed both physical and spiritual genocide against numerous Falun Gong practitioners.
I. From the perspective of ordinary society
Jiang has manipulated national policies, resources and the government machinery to commit state terrorism against tens of millions of innocent Falun Gong practitioners. The nature, form, scale and extent of his crimes are extraordinary in human history. Right now, in view of the degree of fairness and effectiveness in legal procedures, it's difficult to bring the head criminal and his followers to justice in a timely and effective manner through the international legal system.
Right now, because different countries have different laws and different standards of justice, it's difficult to seek cooperation between legal systems among different countries. Moreover, since the persecution is still on going, the head criminal is, in effect, still a great power in China. The Chinese government denies the restraining authority of international laws, therefore it is difficulty to investigate, obtain evidence and go through with other legal procedures in China. These factors greatly affect the application of justice and make it difficult to end the persecution within a short time and punish the perpetrators.
The United Nations and other similar agencies in the world were all founded as the result of agreements made among heads of state. Their authority does not exceed that of states or heads of state, and therefore they are unable to restrict heads of state and cannot bring them to justice.
All in all, in order to effectively stop the persecution, it is necessary to establish a special tribunal to bring the perpetrators to justice!
Examples of just trials included the Nuremberg trials of Nazi officials after World War II, the trial of the former president of Yugoslavia, and the trial of the Gang of Four after the Cultural Revolution. As we keep clarifying the truth, people's mind will expand and they will see that such a tribunal is possible and is about to happen, and the field of righteousness will quickly strengthen! The field of evil will be quickly destroyed and eliminated! This is an important step in completely negating the old forces' arrangements, and it is also saving people on a greater scale.
In summary, it is necessary to establish a preparatory committee for a special international tribunal, to help the world's people realize the need to establish a special international tribunal that transcends national borders, politics and law, and to help people correct their degenerate mindsets and to remedy the shortcomings of the modern legal system in order to try Jiang's group, criminals guilty of genocide. It is also necessary for the stability and development of human society.
II. Perspective from Fa principles
Master said at "Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Fa Conference in Philadelphia, U.S.A.:"
With a Dafa like this, how could so many magnificent future Gods, magnificent Dafa disciples, who've been forged through Dafa cultivation put their hope in some ordinary person? Aren't we insulting ourselves? Could human beings control Gods?...Since you're Dafa disciples, you shouldn't put your hopes in so-called "natural" changes, external changes, changes in the ordinary society, or in some favors that someone might do for us. You are Gods, and you are the future rulers of different cosmoses, so who would you count on? All the beings are counting on you! (Applause) That's truly how it is.
Master also said at "Teaching the Fa at the 2003 Midwest-U.S. Fa Conference:"
Never in the history of mankind have cultivators validated the Fa, and in the history of the cosmos nothing like Fa-rectification has ever taken place, even Gods had never heard of "Fa-rectification" before, and when it comes to how to validate the Fa in the human world, it is even more true that there is no example to follow. It has all depended on Dafa disciples making their way through this Fa-rectification path and blazing the path of validating the Fa, and they have left–for the future, for the sentient beings of the future, for the human society of the future, and for all the sentient beings in various realms of the future-they've left the way and state of cultivation, of validating the Fa, and of beings' existence at different levels in the future.
My understanding is since the whole cosmos has degenerated, the beings in the old cosmos look at Fa-rectification with their degenerate notions, and they try to restrict Fa-rectification and protect the evil with their degenerate notions and rules. It's impossible for principles of Fa-rectification to exist in the principles of the old cosmos, so the beings in the old cosmos cannot find the new principles, and it's impossible for the old forces to arrange for such principles. All that is required by Fa-rectification must be created by Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples!
When faced with the evil's ruthless persecution of Dafa, beings in the cosmos will put the head criminal on trial, but currently there is no such tribunal in the human world. We, as Fa-rectification Dafa disciples, are helping Master to rectify the Fa and so we should create things that currently do not exist according to the needs of Fa-rectification. We should establish a special international tribunal to bring to trial the unprecedented evil in the human world.
The process is most important. Promoting the establishment of a special international tribunal gives us an all-encompassing and powerful reason to clarify the truth to foreign governments and organizations. It is also a continuation of the last phase of truth clarification including clarifying the truth to governments, the media, and social organizations. In preparing for the founding of this tribunal, we can systemically ask legal professionals for suggestions after telling them about the cruelty of this persecution. We should help them realize the practical and historic significance of the trial of Jiang and his followers, in order to save people on a greater scale with greater depth. Since we are establishing a preparatory committee, our methods can be very flexible, we can attract people from various walks of life to participate and support us.
III. Miscellaneous thoughts
1. People usually do things following their preformed mindsets and habits. For example, if we ask current organizations and non-practitioners to do things for us, they may find rules and regulations from physical documents or from within their minds, and use them to complete or negate our requests, including things related to bringing Jiang to trial. They may say, "He has immunity as the head of a state; there is no similar case in the past; we don't have the power to do this," and the like.
2. Since we are the ones making the requests, we are in a passive position, and they are in a dominant position. They have the power to make decisions, so they may deny our requests with principles of the old cosmos and treat us with a condescending attitude. If they do so, that is because we didn't place ourselves in the right position-the position of a Dafa practitioner who is "In control of Heaven and Earth, rectifying the human realm" (From "The Foretelling"). Instead, we placed ourselves in an inferior position, the position of someone needing help and the position of an ordinary person. We would therefore be restricted by principles of the ordinary society, the degenerate principles of ordinary society.
If I truly put myself in the position of a Dafa disciple who helps Master to rectify the Fa and who clarifies the truth, as long as I give out righteous information, Dafa will naturally arrange things for me. Righteous Gods on different levels have long ago created the environment for predestined people to join. Out of curiosity and a sense of justice, but more importantly because of their destiny, people will participate and gradually form a trend. Sooner or later the special international tribunal will be acknowledged by the general public and it will give people power and hope! It will suppress evil and completely destroy the evil group. However, we are doing without pursuing, and our goal is to expose the evil and save people.
3. Many things in the ordinary society usually come into being before they are acknowledged, and their existence is often accompanied by a major breakthrough. A new creation such as this tribunal cannot be made by the principles of the old cosmos and can only be produced through doing away with the old principles.
4. The preparatory committee has created a very flexible opportunity that suits our need to clarify the truth in the current phase of Fa-rectification; therefore it has profound significance. Since it is called a "preparatory committee", it doesn't have to be perfect, and it can be perfected and matured through a process. We don't have to cling to our own ideas; instead we can ask people in various professions and unite with their strength. We can clarify the truth about the persecution to foreign governments, legal professionals, social organizations, and large corporations. We can tell them how powerless the current legal system is since it fails to punish the perpetrators after more than four years of persecution, and it even helps the perpetrators to escape justice. We can talk about the things that happened in Germany, France, and Hong Kong. The founding of the tribunal will represent a milestone for breaking through the unequal and unjust structure of the current world and to truly bring about world peace.
5. Necessity. Before, our truth clarification to governments, the media and organizations seemed a little weak and we needed a spur. Our promotion of the founding of the tribunal will be a great focus point. As the lawsuits progress, the shortcomings of the modern legal system will be gradually exposed. The news of the founding of the tribunal will give people faith and hope! It will shock and destroy evil!
6. Applicability: from the perspective of Dafa cultivation, everything that is needed in Fa-rectification already exists in the Fa. Fa has already determined everything and Buddhas, Daos and Gods on every level have created the environment for us, and the only thing left is for Dafa practitioners to do them. It is our responsibility to do so.
7. This tribunal is also different from any other international tribunal in the past in that it punishes perpetrators guilty of ongoing crimes. The major trials in the recent history took place after the crimes had already ended, like the Nuremberg trial.
In the end, I deeply feel everything is to clarify the truth and to save people.
Our goal is to clarify the truth and save people. Everything was created for this purpose. We should not be attached to any gain or loss in the ordinary society and not be restricted by any human concepts and conditions. Our only goal is to clarify the truth and save people.
