[PureInsight.org] An inspiration came to me today suddenly. Do the arrangements made by heaven always agree with what we want?
Whether one likes or dislike someone, whether one wishes to be with
someone or doesn't, or whether a person likes or dislike certain kind
of job, these all come from one's emotions and feelings. They may not
be so important. The important thing is that if one owes others
something, one should repay it before talking about one's emotions or
feelings.
If human have previous and present lives, then, if someone is not nice
to me, does it mean I was not nice to that person in my previous lives?
If I dislike someone, doesn't it mean that the person took advantage of
me in previous lives? If I am particularly nice to someone, doesn't it
mean that person was gracious to me in my previous life? However,
people who are not nice to us might have been our close relatives while
people who are nice to us might have been our enemies in our previous
lives. Who can tell?
In the workplace, there are some people with whom I want to be close
and some whom I want to avoid. Some person takes special care of me but
doesn't do that for others. Some people are indifferent to me while
they are friendly to others. Besides personalities and tastes, does
karma plays a role? The contradiction is only a superficial indicator.
If we owe someone something, it is better we pay it back to resolve the
issue.
Life is short and arduous. People always feel that their lives have
never been under their control, so they always want to do this or that.
But things usually happen differently than expected and do not turn out
as wished. No matter how painful, it will pass with time. No matter how
happy, it is like a beautiful dream when we look back. What can one do,
what can one control? It would be better we cherish the good karma and
dissolve the bad karma!
