For a while, I was very busy at work and neglected studying the Fa. My main consciousness was weak, and I was unable to resist and eliminate the thought karma very efficiently. I felt that my understanding about cultivation and heavenly paradises was getting more and more distant and blurry. The everyday person’s views were getting more and more real, and gradually I became attached to them.
But in a moment, my main consciousness suddenly woke up and took over. I opened a Dafa book and read a paragraph. I felt that a small truth of the cosmos was revealed to me. It was as if I had seen a piece of clear sky and a beam of sunlight through the clouds, and came to the realization that the real color of the sky was supposed to be crystal clear, not dark and gray. Encouraged by having seen a little truth about the cosmos, I kept on reading. I found more and more truths of the cosmos, and they became more and more solid. It was more of the same when I listened to the tapes of Teacher’s lectures. When I heard his voice, I began to understand some of the inner meanings behind Teacher’s words and realized that cultivation indeed exists. All the so-called important things in everyday people’s eyes became more and more unreal, and then my heart was no longer attached to them.
Upon having such an experience, I began to study the Fa more diligently, and I have improved in cultivation levels very quickly. Just as Teacher said in the scripture “Deter Interference”: “Everyone should now be more clear on why I've often asked you to read the book more! The Fa can reveal all attachments, the Fa can eradicate all evils, the Fa can expose and dispel all lies, and the Fa can strengthen righteous thoughts.”
In closing, I’d like to share with everyone one of Master Li’s poems in Hongyin:
Dafa Clears Up Confusion
All things throughout ages, like fleeting smoke and passing clouds,
Bewilder ordinary human heart;
The reason why the vast heaven and earth were born,
Baffles all sentient beings’ wisdom.
