[PureInsight.org] I’ve learned that you cannot pursue anything when studying the Fa. As long as you keep a calm mind and know that you’re studying the Fa, you will gain. Sometimes you won’t even know it, but as long as you put your heart into studying the Fa, when you run into a problem, you will remember what Master said and conduct yourself accordingly. Looking inwards and using Dafa to evaluate actions is true cultivation. My understanding is that the key is whether one can believe in Master and Dafa. If one can truly have faith in Master and Dafa, miracles will happen often because we are cultivating righteously.
Fellow practitioners have discrepancies in levels, realms and cultivation paths. Many fellow practitioners have experienced miracles and can easily utilize their supernatural abilities. My personal understanding is that fellow practitioners’ righteous thoughts are strong, they understand Fa principles and their starting point is assisting Master in Fa-rectification and saving sentient beings rather than any other motive.
Supernatural abilities cannot be understood with human notions. One cannot possibly understand them with human notions. The PureInsight website has many articles about this. From my own limited understanding, I think there are many ways to utilize supernatural abilities, but as long as fellow practitioners firmly believe and have a righteous starting point, they can use their supernatural abilities with ease.
When I personally use supernatural abilities, I seldom question whether they will work. My understanding is that one cannot be skeptical about Dafa’s capabilities. The more pure and concentrated one is, the better one can utilize supernatural abilities. It sometimes takes me a long time to accomplish a task with supernatural abilities. My understanding is that this is telling me that I need to improve my xinxing level and that I must not lose faith. At the same time, I enlightened to the fact that supernatural abilities are not the most important. When one’s xinxing level is up to par, one thought can fix the universe. My level is limited, so I have fewer of those experiences. I must seize the time to cultivate myself well, keep strong righteous thoughts and save more sentient beings.
