[PureInsight.org] After reading a Chinese article titled, "Clean Our Own Living Environment and Living Space", in Minghui Weekly (a Chinese publication published by Minghui.org), I remembered three similar incidents that had happened in our local area. I would like to share them as lessons for fellow Falun Gong practitioners.
In January 2003, a local fellow practitioner's husband (non-cultivator) purchased a portrait of Mao Zedong, a former chairman of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and hung it on the wall in the living room. That night the fellow practitioner suddenly began to feel intense pain in her eyes. At the time she did not associate the sudden pain with the portrait. Two days later, she finally realized it must have to do with the portrait of Mao Zedong. After she removed the portrait and sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the Communist evil specter, the pain in her eyes finally disappeared. Her story caused the practitioners in our area to think more seriously about eliminating the Communist evil specter. We all upgraded our understanding on the Communist evil specter. In addition, her husband also had a fresh understanding of the nature of the CCP.
In November 2004, I went to visit my son in Kaiyuan City, Yunnan Province. I took some truth-clarification materials with me to help me clarify the truth to my son and his family. Hopefully they would even start practicing Falun Gong. After a lot of sincere efforts, my son and his family finally changed their mind about Falun Gong. My daughter-in-law even asked me for a copy of Zhuan Falun. I gave her the copy I had reserved for my daughter, and she started reading Zhuan Falun.
In April 2005, my daughter-in-law called and asked me, "How come my vision is becoming increasingly blurry since I started reading Zhuan Falun?" I knew right away what might be causing it, so I asked her, "Do you have any portrait of the current or former leaders of the CCP at home?" She confirmed my suspicion. I asked her to get rid of them. Several days later I called her and found that she had recovered her vision.
A new local practitioner that obtained the Fa in March 2005 has also experienced the same problem. A month after he obtained the Fa, his vision became increasingly blurry. His grandson started yelling for no reason. There were also other problems developing in his household. When he finally talked to me about these problems, I knew right away what must have been causing them. I asked him to clean out his home. He found books related to the Communism, portraits of the CCP leaders and portraits from a phony religion. After he got rid of these objects from his home, everyone and everything returned to normal.
Because of the above three incidents, I learned that we must remind new practitioners to destroy everything in their homes that has to do with the Communist evil specter, including portraits, buttons, and more. I also hope that the rest of the fellow practitioners will also destroy everything in their homes related to the Communism. When people keep portraits of the Communist leaders, they are actually worshipping the Beast described in the "Book of Revelations."
Teacher said, "Yet there is one situation in which my fashen will not help clean things up. We have a practitioner who one day saw my fashen come to his home. He was very excited: 'Teacher's fashen is here. Teacher, please come in.' My fashen said: 'Your room is too messy, and there are too many things.' Then, it left. Usually, when there are many evil spirits in other dimensions, my fashen will clean them out for you. His room, however, was full of different bad qigong books. He came to understand it and cleaned it up by burning the books or selling them. My fashen then returned." (From "Your Mind Must Be Right" in Lecture Six of Zhuan Falun.)
