I have personally experienced and come to understand "selflessness and altruism" (From "Non-Omission in Buddha-Nature" in Essentials for Further Advancement) more and more during the course of validating Dafa and clarifying the truth.
In the process of validating Dafa, I gradually discovered that it would be in fact very selfish if I didn't write down my understandings or didn't exchange experiences with other disciples. Everything was given by Dafa, so how can I keep anything just for myself? Dafa created all beings. Isn't sharing my experiences with other disciples repaying Dafa? What Dafa has given me is the best. Then isn't displaying the best to all beings eradicating the evil and creating the future? In the midst of something as grand as the Fa-rectification, how can we, as practitioners, separate ourselves from each other? During the Fa-rectification, if an individual cannot use everything at his disposal to validate Dafa, then what is the point of his existence? From every perspective, we are one body. In that case, why do we need to differentiate between "you" and "me"?
In a previous period of time, I suddenly and clearly experienced while clarifying the truth that all the beings I met were my children, very young and naïve. All those who I came to know were my relatives. Thus, I cleared away my impatience, indifference, anger, doubt, and so on. They didn't understand anything about Dafa or the truths of life. Instead they miserably bobbed up and down along with the dirty, mundane current of earthly life. Only Dafa can offer them salvation, and we are the only ones that can bring them the brilliance of Dafa. In this infinite universe, countless lives from countless levels formed you and me. At the same time, you and I are in the midst of countless lives from numerous levels. We become our true selves only when we melt into it all, and without it we will not be our true selves. Look at how deplorable being selfish is! As one entity, why do we need to differentiate between "you" and "me"?
Master announced the beginning of Fa-rectification in the human world, and all of heaven and earth celebrated together. Thus I knew that we had already surpassed all evil. Serenity and joy filled my heart, while aggression gradually diminished.
While truly experiencing the Fa's boundlessness, I had the feeling of being entirely brand new after a complete renewal. Step by step, the Fa of higher levels presented itself in front of me. So that's how it is -- the Fa is brilliant like this. So that's how it is -- the realm of "selflessness and altruism" (From "Non-Omission in Buddha-Nature" in Essentials for Further Advancement) that Master told us to achieve has so much more profound meaning to us Fa-rectification disciples. Master told us that everything would be created during the process of Fa-rectification. This "everything" not only includes our assisting in the Fa-rectification, cultivation and offering salvation to people of the world, but it also encompasses everything among us Fa-rectification disciples in the future. The elements built through us disciples' encouraging each other, helping each other and being responsible for each other for the sake of improvement and the Fa-rectification will be extraordinary!
Let us strive forward diligently! Let us give up the notions accumulated through all our past lives at different levels. We are taking the final steps towards the brand new and higher realm, one that we have never reached before. May we cherish it!
