This question has been lingering in my mind for a while: Why did we come to the In-Triple-World remote ages ago rather than nearer the time when Master made Dafa public?
One day, an old classmate whom I had not seen for a few years telephoned me saying another one of our classmates would come to London on a business trip. He suggested we take the chance to get together with others. Five of us gathered in China Town. Among my four classmates, I had seen one of them 2 years ago but I had not met the other three for a few years. Over dinner, we all talked about what had happened to each of us and then the topic naturally turned to Falun Gong.
After this gathering, I thanked our Master who arranged the opportunity for me to clarify the truth to them. I also got part of the answer to my question. I say it is part of the answer because I believe there must be deeper and more profound Fa principles behind it that I have not yet enlightened to. Our predestined relationship with Dafa was formed remote ages ago before the solemn vows were made, which explains why I felt like I had already been told when I first heard the words Falun Gong. We used to be Buddhas, Daos and Gods in heaven. Our thought in the past of leaving behind the environment that was without hardship in heaven and coming down to the human world in order to assist the Master rectifying the Fa was pure, righteous and with the Fa. This is exactly what Master treasures. He then gave us the best.
To let us accomplish our wish, our Master has borne 'tens of thousands of intensive sufferings'(“Notable Enlightened Being,” Hong Yin) to arrange for us to have our predestined relationships (yuan) set up, in the long river of life, with the sentient beings that can be saved in this life time. Before making Dafa public, in addition to setting up predestined relationships with other sentient beings, Master also came down to the human world many times and contacted us in various ways in order to keep the predestined relationships. The Master has blessed us, borne the enormous sins that we committed over many lifetimes and continuously broken the arrangements by the evil forces during our reincarnations to enable us to get on the road to cultivate Dafa in this lifetime. Today, he again arranges various opportunities for us to clarify the truth to sentient beings that can be saved in order to consummate our own worlds. However, in the long river of life, all gods, including us, have become deviated without realizing it. To let us accomplish our wishes, the Master has said that we are able to go back to heaven if we can cultivate our Xinxing, eliminate the deviated parts in our life, assimilate to Dafa during Fa rectification and offer salvation to sentient beings. So now I have a new understanding of the great care and thoughts for us and infinite grace offered by the Prime Buddha.
Under such comprehensive, careful and precise arrangements by the Prime Buddha, if one broke the 'contract' due to pursuit of comfort, could not eliminate the deviated parts of oneself, or failed to step up from humanness for any other reason, wouldn't he/she have deceived the Master, him/herself, and all sentient beings? Wouldn’t one hence become an eternal criminal of the cosmos? How could he/she 'bear to see again the elders east of the river” (be ashamed to go back to one's people after a defeat or failure) after the truth is revealed. The only thing that one can do to handle oneself really correctly in relation to the Prime Buddha and sentient beings is to make continuously diligent progress and to do better.
