[PureInsight.org] The CCP often crookedly sentenced Falun Gong practitioners via planting or framing crime. In order to prevent Falun Gong practitioners and their family members from entering courts, the CCP also performed various tricks. Impersonating Falun Gong practitioners’ family members and making trouble in and out of the court is just one example.
Fake Daughter Outside Court
On 18th Feb, 2014, the Law Court of Bayuquan district of Yingkou city in Liaoning province illegally held a court case for Falun Gong practitioner Chen Wenduo, a mathematics teacher from the 24th middle school of Yingkou city, and another Falun Gong practitioner Han Xiao. Before the court session, the court’s vicinity was guarded heavily. The south gate was guarded by bailiffs. A warning line was set up at the west gate where several tens of police and armed police guarded. Plain-clothed men and spies from National Guards were everywhere. Some were hiding in cars, some were pretending to be working, and some impersonated Falun Gong practitioners.
Before the beginning time of the court session, 9 am, relatives of Han Xiao and Chen Wenduo, including their parents, wives and children, intended to enter the court from the west gate with the attendance certificates, which were obtained from the court in advance, and their IDs. However, they were told that only two relatives were allowed to enter; all other people were refused without any explanation. They were shouted at, asked to make inquiries to the law court, and driven out of the warning line. Relatives hurriedly went to the south gate and asked the personnel of the law court but were told to ask for the police. When they went in a hurry to the west gate, the police said there was order from their superior that no one was allowed to enter.
When relatives felt helpless and worried, the spy Li Yang from the National Guards of Bayuquan impersonated Chen Wenduo’s daughter, wearing a blue coat and deliberately wearing a pair of glasses. She claimed to be a Falun Gong practitioner, taking pictures and shooting videos for relatives and Falun Gong practitioners present with her mobile phone. Impersonating as their family member right in front of them, how shameless she was! When she was attacked, she impersonated as Chen Wenduo’s daughter straightforwardly, crying loudly, “I want to go in, let me go in, I want to meet my father.” She rushed desperately at the warning line. The guarding police rushed out hurriedly to intercept. Liu Dan, Chen Wenduo’s wife also ran up to stop her. Unexpectedly she fell down on the ground with Li Yang. Liu Dan was dragged away by the police, but Li Yang was lying on the ground pretending death. Not exactly pretending death, she was holding her glasses and shooting videos. It turned out that the glasses she was wearing was actually a video recorder. Realizing the mess that had been made and that Li Yang was losing face, the police called for a car to take Li Yang away.
Li Yang escaped in a police car, but Liu Dan was kidnapped to the Honghai police station. The police from the National Guards immediately framed her as attacking the police with a screwdriver in hand!
Fake Husband in Court
The third law court of Haidian District Court held an illegal public session for Liang Bo, a female teacher from Central National University, on 8th Sept. 2010 at 9:30 am. But it was not until 10 o’clock that the court notified that the session would be changed to the seventh court.
It was not until going to the seventh court that Liang Bo’s family members understood that the temporary change was nothing other than to block them from entering and auditing. The third law court could accommodate 32 people, but this seventh court could only accommodate ten people. The six seats in the front row were reserved for the bailiffs, and the four seats in the second row were set for the auditors, but two of these four seats were occupied in advance by someone else.
The two people auditing the session were arranged in advance. One of them was auditing in the name of Liang Bo’s husband, but Liang Bo’s husband was right outside the court, and he was driven out exactly because these two people occupied the seats. When the court took break, Liang Bo’s husband questioned them why they audited in the name of Liang Bo’s husband, who ordered them to do this. The men said it was arranged by the procurator fiscal. When Liang Bo’s husband disclosed that they were spies, the two men escaped, utterly discomfited.
From reasoning, Liang Bo’s husband should be able to enter when the court resumed session, as the two men’s identities was disclosed. How could they have the dignity to enter again and audit? However, when the session resumed, the two men entered again from the back door. When the session ended, the two men slipped away from the back again.
Seven inside and outside a public court session, the CCP spies dared to brazenly impersonate as family members of Falun Gong practitioners who were illegally put to trial. This can only prove that there is no baseline in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP. The CCP always bragged about itself as ruling the country by law. However, the courts and spies collude. It is really a wonder in the history of law at all times and all over the world.
