Master Li said, 'In dealing with relevant, important issues, if a life can really, without any preconceptions, assess issues, then this person is truly able to take charge of himself. Such soberness is wisdom, and it is different from average people’s so-called 'intelligence.'' (Master Li's article 'For Whom do You Exist?'). Only when we clarify the truth without any preconceptions, will all beings come to understand the clearly. Then they can really take charge of themselves and come to understand themselves. Conversely, if we clarify the truth with preconceptions, a barrier will arise between us [and them], which will bring to us more difficulties in clarifying the truth and impede their understanding of the truth.
