A practitioner went to a Chinese supermarket to distribute some Falun Gong truth-clarifying newspapers. He did not enjoy very much success that day, and was only able to hand out a small number of them. He was somewhat disappointed by that result. His reaction gave me cause to stop and think. I personally think that when we go out to promote the Fa, we should not concentrate on what we have seemingly accomplished. The cosmos is made of energy. Whenever we go out to promote the Fa according to
the principles of the Fa, we contribute one more source of positive energy, and thus increase the overall positive energy. I think this is also a part of the Fa-rectification process. If we treat the promotion of the Fa as a job with defined objectives, we could very likely lose our impetus and create some negative energy. As long as we study the Fa diligently and fulfill our mission as Dafa disciples to clarify the truth, the outcome of our efforts will always be positive no matter what the “result”.
