What makes spring so beautiful? Some say it is the bright sunshine and rolling grass, some say the gentle chirping of birds, while others say it is the roses from Valentine's Day and soft whispers between lovers. I want to say, "You make spring beautiful!"
Your faces are beautiful. Your smiles are beautiful. Your actions are beautiful. The Buddha Fa gives you all of your beauty. You make spring beautiful!
The spring of the year 2002 is a beautiful one. It stepped out from a harsh winter that displayed all of its ferocity. The ill-treated beings now feel that this world is after all a fair place, as it does not allow the winter to continue its rampage any longer. Spring has brought people hope for the future and for all the good things in the human world. Aren't you doing the same thing? After the universal principles of Zhen-Shan-Ren have endured the most vicious winter, at a time where the evil has not yet been completely eliminated, you have displayed to the world all the hope and magnificence that the Buddha Fa has brought to all beings. Who can argue that you have not made spring beautiful?
Throughout its five thousand years of history, the land of China has been one big stage. Tiananmen Square is now the most central place on that stage. Today, you have given up everything and traveled tens of thousands of miles to face the wicked, cruel policemen and plainclothes agents, leftover beings from the harsh winter who are doomed for elimination. You held up Falun Dafa banners and shouted out words of warning to the people of the world from the bottom of your hearts. Didn't you demonstrate to the world that this is going to be a beautiful spring?
The beauty of this spring is stirring and vibrant. It is filled with so many colors and so much energy that people cannot take it in all at once. They want to linger to absorb it all. It is not going to fade away with the passage of time, because it is the first spring in the new epoch of this cosmos.
You made this square beautiful! You made this moment beautiful! You made this world beautiful! Thank you! From the bottom of my heart, I thank you!
