I am an 18-year-old practitioner from Western Australia. I obtained the
Fa in mid 2005. At that time my computer knowledge was fairly limited
so I had no background in graphic art. Over time I started to learn
more about digital art and slowly became more experienced. I had been
designing personal art, but another practitioner suggested that perhaps
I could make a piece for Falun Dafa.
I created this piece using landscapes from my home town and the beach I
live by for the "river." I was very surprised the picture came together
very quickly. The red glow around the left Buddha's head was not
something done intentionally. It was the reflection of the sun on the
lens of the camera.
The picture has been heavily modified from its original format. I felt
that I wanted to see these grand statues in a place that best fitted
their prestige.
The life of a Buddha is always bright.
