The background of "Actor's Dream" takes place in the film and television industry in mainland China. It mainly tells the story of actress Lin Meiyue, who pursues her dream of being an actress in the conflict of interests and art. After being physically and mentally traumatized in the film and television industry, she realized the meaning of life through a miraculous book "Zhuan Falun". Her life has been completely changed since then, and the miracle that happened to her also touched her family, friends, and even her former enemies.
When I saw: Lin Meiyue, a famous and colorful actress, had her legs disabled due to an accident, she sat in a wheelchair and sought medical treatment everywhere but failed. His name is Wang Yuantong (pseudonym), and he is a political cadre in a hospital in a certain area of Shandong Province. His wife is the head nurse of the hospital and lives a happy and stable life. However, the good times didn’t last long. In 1992, Wang Yuantong was diagnosed with cancer, and he spent more than a year in the hospital. He used both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and tried various methods, but it didn’t work. The cancer cells spread quickly. The hospital could not cure him, so he had to be carried home on a stretcher, where he suffered in pain every day in bed. In order to alleviate the pain, the children bought a radio for Wang Yuantong to pass the time.
Luck Arrived after Listened to a Hotline Live Broadcast
In March 1994, Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong, held the second teaching class in Tianjin. During the period, at the invitation of Tianjin Radio Station, he made a hotline live broadcast to adjust the body of listeners across the country through telephone connections.
It was on this day that Wang Yuantong heard the live broadcast. He recalled: "I heard listeners from all over the country keep calling, and one of them was cured in a few seconds, most of them were critically ill patients, with tearful thanks one after another. From time to time, 'I'm cured, Master Li, I kowtow to you!' and the kowtow of 'dong, dong', I can't lie down anymore, I think, I have to make a phone call, because the telephone was not popular at that time, I could only go to the post office to make a long-distance call."
Unexpectedly, it was such a strong desire, a magical force pulled him up, he sat up all of a sudden, he wanted to get out of bed, but because he had been lying on the bed all year round, he hadn't worn clothes for a long time, and there were no clothes under the bed. Therefore, he got out of bed and went to the cupboard to find clothes and shoes, and then he suddenly realized, “how did I get up? Am I not going to walk now?" He said, "I was like Fan Jin, a historic figure, successfully passed the imperial provincial examination and was so happy. I walked around the room and shouted: I am standing up! I am cured! I'm standing up! Master Li, I kowtow to you! He kept yelling, and the neighbors thought something bad had happened, so they knocked on the door. When they saw that it was Wang Yuantong who opened the door, they turned around and ran away with an "ah" thinking they had seen a ghost.
Wang Yuantong slowly calmed down and had a thought: I hadn't done anything for the family for a long time, what should I do? Let me boil a pot of water. He felt that he had strength all over his body, and wanted to do something more, so he picked up the broom and swept the floor. At this time, his wife and daughter came back from doing errands and saw him sweeping the floor. The daughter subconsciously grabbed the broom, hugged him, and burst into tears, crying, "Dad, please don't do this." The daughter thought her father didn't want to live anymore, but when she learned the truth, the family of three hugged each other and cried bitterly...
Wang Yuantong told me what happened with tears in his eyes. He also told me, "From that day on, I felt like I was completely reborn, and all my symptoms disappeared! I never went to bed during the day, and I was more energetic than when I was young. It is still vigorous, and I went to the hospital for a physical examination, and there was no cancer cell."
Be Grateful and Help to Spread Dafa
The miraculous story of Wang Yuantong having his cancer cured by listening to the live broadcast on the radio shocked the neighbors, the hospital where he worked, and the whole region, and soon spread throughout Shandong Province. In 1994, after Master Li Hongzhi's book "Zhuan Falun" was published, Wang Yuantong bought tens of thousands of copies and traveled all over the country to spread Dafa. Apart from the small amount of living expenses from his and his wife's salaries, the rest of the money was used to promote Dafa.
Every time he talked about these things, Wang Yuantong would burst into tears. There is no way to repay the endless gratitude in his heart. To let more people understand the beauty of Dafa is, so he volunteered to become the head of the local Falun Gong assistance center. However, in 1999, Jiang Zemin ordered the whole country to persecute Falun Gong. All places received quotas, starting with the station assistants, CCP police kept harassing Wang Yuantong's family, and even his relatives and friends were implicated. Later, we lost touch.
