thinking that no one can predict who will continue practicing. In fact,
many things are not absolute. Jian and her friends attended the Qi Gong
class held at GuoXiao. Because her ankles became more and more
inflexible, Jian wanted to improve here ankles by doing the exercises.
Since then, she has continued doing the exercises until now. She gets
up very early in the morning, doing the exercises and reading the book.

continue doing the exercises until today.

We were talking while preparing a meal. The winter melon soup in the

beautiful.
