[PureInsight.org] In "Teaching the Fa at the 2004 Western U. S. Fa Conference," Master said, "In human society, over the course of a very long time--as I've told you before--China has been the stage of this grand pageant of history. For thousands of years the groundwork for everything was constantly being laid for human beings so that when the time for obtaining the Fa came they would have the right culture, thinking, behavior, way of life, and the ability to know and understand the Fa. It also included how, amidst delusion, people would be affected by attachments and wouldn't be able to see the true situation, yet at the same time, as long as they developed righteous thoughts through studying the Fa, they'd be able to break free from it. This is precisely the kind of environment that was created."
Like Teacher said, amidst delusion, humans are not able to see the true situation about the universe and are easily affected by human attachments. How can we break free from humanness? How can we transcend everyday people? Only the Fa can save people and only the Fa can help us break free from delusion and human attachments. All righteous thoughts are developed through studying the Fa. We all talk about righteous thoughts and how we should maintain righteous thoughts. The only way to obtain righteous thoughts is grasping every minute to study Fa. I recall that Master repeatedly emphasizes the importance of Fa study at all Fa conferences. I now finally realize that all righteous thoughts are developed through studying the Fa.
